Cut the plywood to size based on the tile pattern you have created.

Use a hand or belt sander to sand down any rough edges or bulges in the wood.
If you are using glass tiles buy additional stone or porcelain tiles to use around the side edges.
You may have to shim the whole top slightly above the workbench or shim each tile with pieces of thin cardboard.
